Founded in 1988 during a period of transition in the financial industry, we were an early pioneer supporting independent financial professionals. Insurance companies across the industry off loaded distribution in the 1980s. Agents who had previously been employees with offices, benefits and support staff; suddenly found themselves on the street as independent brokers. Our vision was to be a resource for financial professionals. It was a special time in the industry and the birth of independent distribution. We were fortunate to be in the right place at the right time at the beginning. Over the years we were privileged with many opportunities, such as being one of the first companies to offer Fixed Indexed Annuities in 1995. We were also fortunate in 1996 to bring the first Multi-Year Guarantee Annuity to market for general distribution. We are proud of our heritage and more excited than ever about the bright future ahead!
